About us

Innovation and creativity are our middle names.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support and help organisations create the best for themselves, to dream, inspire and achieve.

Our Values

We believe in honesty and integrity in all we do. We strive to go above and beyond for our clients no matter the challenge. We believe in enjoying the working day and having a healthy balance in life.

“We are a little different”

We are individuals.

We are not the classic corporate consultancy in blue suits.

We assess situations with as open a mind as possible before reaching conclusions and recommendations.

We use a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.

We like data but are also tuned to our instincts. If it doesn’t feel right, it often isn’t right.

We are focused analysts as well as hands-on implementers.

We have an eye for detail whilst keeping an overview of the bigger picture.

“We are passionate about building strong local communities.”

We are passionate about our local communities, the small to medium businesses, the schools and colleges, the churches and charities all serving their local areas.

We support the local independent butcher, baker and candlestick maker. The teacher, farmer and charity worker. The carer, nurse, doctor and independent health practitioner.

Small to medium organisations and businesses are the foundation and the engine room of our nation. They represent the vast majority of employment. Local organisations are generally more accountable to their local communities and contribute more to the mental health and wellbeing of individuals.

“but who are we...?”

The CEO and Managing Partner has over thirty years’ experience as General Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Director and Chief Technology Officer for a successful, innovative and well-respected private company. Through both acquisition and organic growth the company became the market leader in its main market for many years.

It was successful. But it did not evolve or address key issues identified early on. It drifted and became complacent. Over time there was a herd of elephants in the room and they became too critical to ignore. A financial crisis tipped it over the edge. New investors and new management did not understand the business or its critical areas and sadly it was on the downward trajectory and fast.

It was time to move on. Time to do something far more productive and constructive, more rewarding and more exciting, and here we are!
